For successful application, frames must be correctly assembled. This is not difficult because the design of mini-frames is developed in a way that requires no additional tools, fixtures, glue, tape, etc. Mini-frames are supplied in stacks of 51 pieces, secured with rubber bands. Remove the rubber bands to access the mini-frames.
Mini-frames are thin wooden plates with three notches and one tongue/groove lock on the ends of the plate (mini-frame). The combination of three notches and one tongue/groove lock minimizes the labor costs for assembling and preparing mini-frames.
1. Begin by breaking the mini-frames at the necessary locations—precisely where the notches are located.
2. It is convenient to break the notches on a surface with a right angle, such as the edge of a table. Place the frame on the edge with the notch facing up, then carefully break the material at an angle of 10°–30°.
The straightforward design allows for easy assembly without the need for special tools or skills. Ensure that you follow these steps to assemble the section frames correctly.
Similarly, break along two more notches.
Next, fold the plate into a frame, bringing the ends with the tongue/groove lock together. The projections and grooves are designed in such a way that when they are connected, there is enough tension to fix the mini-frame in the assembled state.
After the lock is secured, the frames are ready for bee placement. The mini-frames assembled in this way hold their shape well. Mini-frames are assembled very easily and quickly, making it convenient to assemble a large quantity of mini frames at once.
