Mini frames according to customer's size

Our production is ready to make a unique offer to our potential and regular customers – the manufacture of mini frames for sectional honeycomb honey according to the customer's size. These mini frames are perfect for your store or nest frames and your other accessories. Of course, in addition to the dimensions, you can also order some modifications of the frames: grooves, holes, etc.

This proposal opens up the possibility for beekeepers to take a "fresh" look at the production of sectional honeycomb honey. Moreover, our own dimensions and modifications of the frames allow us to develop our own technology for the production of sectional honeycomb honey, which is as convenient and fast as possible.

Mini frames for honeycomb honey according to the customer's size will be made of aspen and on time. The deadlines for completing such orders are not long. The necessary equipment is manufactured within one week, and a maximum of one week is required for the manufacture of products. As a result, the deadlines are more than acceptable – in two weeks the products will be ready for shipment. Of course, it is necessary to take into account the "employment" of our production. Therefore, the final dates are negotiated individually.

Due to the fact that the production of new-sized mini-frames requires the cost of production equipment, it takes time to rebuild for the production of your products, the minimum batch size is slightly larger than for our standard orders. The batch size is from 2000 pcs.

Of course, with an increase in the batch of mini-frames ordered, prices decrease in accordance with the pricing policy of our company. For large orders, prices and deadlines are negotiated individually.

The final price for mini-frames according to the size of the customer and with the modification of the customer is formed from several components:

• The basic cost of a mini-frame (sweep up to 400 mm) is 10 rubles.
• The basic cost of a mini-frame (a sweep of more than 400 mm) is 11 rubles.
• The cost of modifications: Holes – 50 kopecks, Slots – 1 rub.
• The cost of tooling manufacturing is 2000 – 2500 rubles.

An example of calculation is the order of mini–frames of "your own" size with grooves: the cost of tooling for frames with grooves is about $ 25, therefore, with a circulation of 2000 pieces, you get $ 0.012 per piece. In total, we have $0.10 (base) + $0.009 (slots) + $ 0.012 (tooling) = $0.12. The total cost of a batch of such mini-frames will be $ 240.

An example of calculation is the order of mini–frames of "own" size without grooves and without holes.: The cost of tooling for such mini-frames is about $ 20, therefore, with a circulation of 2000 units, it turns out to be $ 0.010 per piece. In total, we have – 0.10 (base) + 1 0.010 dollars (snap-in) = 0.11 dollars. The total cost of a batch of such mini-frames will be $ 215.
